AUSTRALIAN WILDCATCH FISHING

​We have been fishing for over 50 years.
Our business today harvests approx. 2,000 tonnes of  Sustainable Wild caught Seafood.

Regularly providing quality wild caught seafood from the Southeast region of Australia.
We deliver directly from the vessels to wholesaler and retail outlets throughout the South East Region of Australia, predominately Melbourne and Sydney.

Australian Wildcatch Fishing currently operates six fishing vessels in this region and supports a variety of other Vessels, with the design and construction of Fishing Gear, Crew placement, Quota, licence management and associated administration.

Together with our Partner business Totalmarine Gippsland which specialises in a one stop shop for Marine maintenance, we are confidently able to keep our vessels and crew safe, whilst ensuring a regular supply of fresh seafood to our selected markets.

OUR FLEET

EMPRESS PEARL

​Empress Pearl is a Steel Deep sea fishing trawler.

Measured length is 24.70 meters with a GRT of 190 tonnes.

Vessel sleeps up to 7 crew with weekly based trips wharf to wharf.

​ The Vessels area of work includes the Commonwealth South East Trawl Sector, catching Sustainable wildcaught fish ranging from Pink Ling, Blue Grenadier, Dory, Orange Roughy and Deep Water Shark.

WESTERN ALLIANCE
​Western Alliance is a Steel Deep sea fishing trawler.  

Measured length is 21.67 meters with a GRT of 125 tonnes.

 Vessel sleeps up to 6 crew with weekly based trips wharf to wharf. 

The Vessels area of work includes the Commonwealth South East Trawl Sector, catching Sustainable wild caught fish ranging from Pink Ling, Blue Grenadier, Dory, Orange Roughy and Deep Water Shark. 

​TULLABERGA

Tullaberga is a Steel Deep sea fishing trawler.  

Measured length is 21.56 meters with a GRT of 125 tonnes.

 Vessel sleeps up to 6 crew with weekly based trips wharf to wharf. 

The Vessels area of work includes the Commonwealth South East Trawl Sector, catching Sustainable wild caught fish ranging from Deep Sea Flathead, Pink Ling, Blue Grenadier, Dory and Deep Water Shark. 

​JAMES KERLIN

James Kerlin is a deep sea fishing trawler.

Measured length is 18.29 meters with a GRT of 93 tonnes.

 Vessel sleeps up to 5 crew working on 3 day based trips wharf to wharf, out of the Port of Lakes Entrance.

​ The Vessels area of work is the Commonwealth South East Trawl Sector, catching Sustainable wild caught fish ranging from Pink Ling, Arrow Squid, Deep Sea Flathead and Ocean Perch.

SOUTHERN HUNTER

​Southern Hunter is a Steel Danish Seine fishing trawler. 

Measured length is 18.21 meters with a GRT of 60 tonnes.
​
Vessel sleeps up to 3 crew working on 2-3 day based trips wharf to wharf, out of the Port of Lakes Entrance. 

The Vessels Area of work is the Commonwealth South East Trawl Sector, catching Sustainable wild caught fish ranging from Deep Sea Flathead, School Whiting and Gummy Shark.

PANAGIA

​Panagia is a Steel Danish Seine fishing trawler. 

Measured length is 18.26 meters with a GRT of 69 tonnes.
​
Vessel sleeps up to 3 crew working on 2-3 day based trips wharf to wharf, out of the Port of Lakes Entrance. 

The Vessels Area of work is the Commonwealth South East Trawl Sector, catching Sustainable wild caught fish ranging from Deep Sea Flathead, School Whiting and Gummy Shark.
